My pottery work!

My pottery work!

Originally uploaded by Yappy.

Been taking pottery lessons with my sis at Brompton Road since the beginning of this year.

Pottery is something that i have been meaning to take up for some time, finally decided to try my hand at it when my sis took the trouble to do the research and since i have company in my sis.

In the picture are the dishes i made during the 3rd pottery lesson through the technique of slapping. First lesson was on pinching (the most difficult technique in my opinion) and I produced a bowl and a die. The second lesson was on hollowing and I made a box.

Hi,

I chanced upon ur webby when i was searching for places which conduct pottery lessons. I used to take lessons on the banding wheel but had to drop out due to several reasons.

Could you provide me with the address of school/studio you go to as I would like to continue pottery making journey.

Cheers
