Walk to Run : Beginner (Week 1)

Week 1 of my getting fit program begins! Actually I started one day late because of my work schedule and had to start on 30/01. It was pretty easy, just a 15 min walk following by another session of (Walk 5 min, Run 1 min) x 2. Walk 5 min. Didn’t manage to find the Nike+Ipod system (so no distance clocked) but think I’ve got to at least get new shoes, my trusty SAF shoes gave way pretty much after one round :)

Felt pretty good doing this at the park opposite our house so shall aim to continue the rest of the schedule this week.
