Our 30th month and a delicious home cooked meal
Yh came home a little earlier today and quickly got to work creating a delicious dinner for our 30th month anniversary. Char Soba, unagi, salmon sashimi and sushi!, what’s not to love about a lovingly prepared meal? Thanks dear
Happy 30th Monthsary
This day marks 30 months or 2.5 years of Mic and I being together as a couple. Last night when i told Mic that, the first thing he said was a cheeky remark “Wow, you (or is it we?) so old liao ah?” Of course, he got a smack on the butt for that! hee…
Well, time passes by so fast, especially when one is happy. It only seem not so long ago that we progressed from friends to a couple, and then preparing to tie the knot and throw our wedding dinner…
Before we know it, it also means that we have been married for 1.5 years already! True, we have established some kind of routine in our life together after all this time, but I’m glad that the romance in our relationship is still very much alive.
Going for the local production, Titoudao, yesterday was also partly as celebration of our monthsary. Thankfully, Mic was in quite a good mood, though just a bit tired from a full day of work.
We started with a nice steak dinner at Jack’s Place, then strolled leisurely into National Library’s Drama Centre. I was lucky to be able to get centre seats right in the front row (discounting the 1st 2 rows of VIP seats). I dare say we have 2 of the best seats in the threatre. It was going to be a great evening.
Somehow, i just love going to musicals and plays. Titoudao’s portrayal was pretty refreshing to me and I enjoyed the show, but more importantly, I was gratified that Mic enjoyed the show too, though he had problem taking in all the Hokkien dialogue.
We held hands all the way home, and held each other close on the train. It felt really good just being together. Thanks, darling, for a wonderful night.
Couple Pillow Cases

Went shopping and bought this cute pair of couple pillow cases of a boy flying paper aeroplane love letters to a girl.
I wrapped the pillow case of the boy and left it in the letter box for Mic as a surprise gift (besides the present of G2000 clothes which i had bought for him earlier) since he so loves to open letter box.
haha. Could not wait to see the smile on his face when he sees it. Luckily everything went as planned and he only opened the letter box after we returned from dinner at my mother-in-law’s.
I had already hidden the pillow case of the girl the night before and got him to search for it, with just the clue of “It is being camouflaged by something that we always see but never use”.
Mic had some problem uncovering the place, much to my delight. Then i gave him the clue (that it is in his study)Â that led him to find it hidden behind the gift of Chinese painting that we don’t know what to do with.
2 years @ Rasa Sentosa
Haven’t had much time to update/post for the past week. We celebrated our 2 years on a tiny getaway to Rasa Sentosa last weekend
Was a nice little surprise for yh and was great to enjoy a relaxing weekend together.
